We offer a 30-day return window for all unworn hats in their original condition. If your hat doesn't fit or meet your expectations, you can initiate a return or exchange through our online portal for a full refund or store credit.
How should I care for and clean my Conner Hat?
Most of our hats can be spot cleaned with a damp cloth and mild soap. For wool felt hats, use a soft-bristled brush to remove dust. Avoid leaving your hat in a hot car, as extreme heat can cause certain materials to shrink or lose their shape.
When will my order ship and how can I track it?
Orders are typically processed within 1-2 business days. Once your hat is on its way, you will receive a shipping confirmation email containing a tracking number to monitor your delivery status in real-time.
